Tanya Riley is an S-Class U.S. Angel Corps. agent operating under the codename "Silver". She is the most senior field operative in USAC and one of only four currently active S-Class agents. She specializes in stealth, infiltration and close quarters combat.

Physical Appearance
Silver is a tall, statuesque woman who displays a cold grace. She has warm brown skin, icy blue eyes and a long length of curious, silver white hair. Her uniform is a slinky, black one-piece swimsuit ornamented with silver chains, a black orchid in her silver hair and strapped black heels.
Abilities
Silver is a highly experienced and formidably skilled USAC veteran. Expert in moving silently and unnoticed in hostile areas, she backs it up with deadly skill when wiedling her katana. Despite her intimidating level of ability, her focus on close range combat and remaining unseen can leave her vulnerable to particularly able ranged attackers.
Personality
Silver is seen as cold, intimidating and unapproachable by the majority of her fellow angels and students. The exception to this is Zodiac, who has known her for many years. She is, however, softly spoken and always displays a calm, if frosty, demeanor. In the field, she is hard and uncompromisingly ruthless and efficient, showing no emotion as she cuts down her foes from the shadows.

- Both a close friend and contemporary from Silver's early years in USAC. Despite their contrasting personalities, no-one is more trusted or understands Silver better.
- Coral
- Silver's current, unofficial apprentice. Coral both adores and is terrified of Silver simutaneously, seeing her as the perfect (if intimidating) role model. While not responding warmly per se, Silver clearly has some affection for her young understudy.
- Nutmeg
- Silver's best student, she has since proven herself to be a capable Agent in her own right. She is still quite close to her former teacher.
- Enoki Shigeru
- A former Yakuza enforcer who was seriously wounded by Silver during a successful mission to assassinate his boss. Now consumed by an uncontrollable lust for revenge.
Early Life and Career
The Fairweather School For Girls and subsequently the USAC Program are the only life Silver has ever known, having been enrolled at a very young age. Predictably, Silver performed exceptionally, and was an obvious candidate for the program. She was selected for the USAC Program at the age of fourteen and subsequently graduated to full agent status two years later. At this time, Silver was an energetic, cheerful girl and upon graduation was partnered with a more experienced angel to be mentored. An incident four years later saw this senior agent tragically killed, and Silver gravely injured. She was discovered by her comrades barely alive, showing signs of extensive torture and her previously jet black hair now completely white. The report into this event is heavily classified. Silver returned to active service one year later, a changed woman. Her previous optimism replaced with a steely determination which has seen her climb to the top of her field. She now also tutors younger Angels, emulating the role played by her own mentor. As well as this, she finds satisfaction by teaching History at the Fairweather School for Girls, both educating the younger generation and also identifying potential USAC candidates.
Equipment Loadout
Other than the standard issue transponder rings, the only equipment Silver takes with her on assignments is her trusty katana. Instead of being traditionally forged, this weapon is constructed using state of the art technologies and modern materials, resulting in a superior blade.
