Physical Appearance
Shimmer is a slender but shapely young woman with deep blue eyes and black hair. She has fair skin with a small clump of freckles adorning the bridge of her nose. Her outfit consists of a one piece, white satin leotard complimented by black heels, silver jewelry and a silver colored sarong resting on her hips.
Abilities
Shimmer is an expert in undercover intelligence gathering, able to "perform" almost any role perfectly to maintain cover. She particularly excels in using her remarkable beauty to seduce and manipulate male targets. However, her abilities in this regard go well beyond simple sexual seduction, the end result being a string of ne'er do wells still obsessively in love with the mysterious girl who disappeared with their secrets. She sports modest combat abilities, competant in both hand to hand combat and with firearms. Her abilities fall well short of other Angels, however, and she avoids direct confrontation whenever possible. Even during direct infiltration missions with no undercover play-acting involved, she prefers to find a weak willed guard or similar to do most of the hard work.
Personality
Shimmer's true personality is a mystery to all but her closest friends, changing effortlessly from assignment to assignment. Some have met her as a spoiled rich girl, interested only in snagging a wealthy husband; others know her as quiet, vulnerable girl looking for protection and security. In truth she is a confident, direct but affable girl who makes a point of supressing her naturally manipulative behavior around friends. When off duty, Shimmer prefers the finer things in life. She is a great lover of the arts, theater in particular.

- Zodiac is both Shimmer's mentor and most trusted friend. Zodiac is reponsible for developing Shimmer's incredible seduction and manipulation skills. In this regard, it could now even be said that the student has surpassed the teacher.
Early Life and Career
Shimmer was born into wealth and privilege, but was always bored by the safety and security of such a life. Her father is the well connected founder of a private security contractor with strong ties to the Pentagon. Years of putting on a pretense to impress her father's high society friends put her in good stead for her current occupation. Her father sent her to the Fairweather School for Girls due to it's high prestige and results rather than it's secret links to the USAC program, although he was aware of them. Since graduating, Shimmer can boast a large portfolio of successful intelligence gathering missions, proving herself to be both a highly effective and prolific operative.
Equipment Loadout
Due to working mostly undercover, Shimmer is rarely openly armed. Instead she generally carries a bare minimum of discreet communication equipment and small, disguised incapacitation devices.
